Greece – Crete

Crete is the caribic of the mediterranean sea. It is the largest and most popular island of Greece. The island is known for its diverse landscape, from the sandy beach of Elafonisi to the White Mountains. The Ida Mountains are the highest mountains on the island. According to greek legends the Psychro Cave up in the hills is the birthplace of Zeus. Crete is for sure a place to go, it is such a beautiful island that you can fall in love with it. Especially Rethymno and Chania are very nice cities where you can enjoy your holidays. I already have been tree times on Crete and it was always possible to discover new things to see and to experience.
